Both guarantees cover existing and new customers whose websites we build and manage. A subscription alone does not qualify unless it includes managed website services. Platform-only subscriptions are not eligible.

The 3-Day Promise covers routine text, image, link and minor layout updates within your managed website scope. Receipt of the complete request, content and access is day zero; the deadline is the end of the third following business day in Brisbane time, excluding weekends and Queensland public holidays. The deadline pauses while we await your information or approval. Completion means live, or ready for review when publishing requires your approval. General support response times are separate from website update completion. Initial builds, redesigns, new pages and custom functionality have separately agreed timelines.

You automatically receive account credit equal to one full membership month, capped at one credit per billing month. No claim is required. Annual customers receive one-twelfth of their annual membership fee; monthly cap periods are measured from the annual billing anniversary. Credit applies to membership charges, excluding usage and third-party costs, and is additional to any introductory free month.

Yes. Historical launch dates count where paid website management has been continuous. The Forever Fresh Guarantee applies after each five years of continuous paid website management from the original launch. We agree pages, features, inclusions and a separate delivery schedule before work begins. Optional paid extras require a separate quote and agreement. Membership must stay active through delivery. Cancellation ends eligibility; restarting begins a new five-year period. Rebuilds are excluded from the 3-Day Promise.

The managed website pauses when the paid membership period ends. If you want to take the website elsewhere, Auto Happen can quote a transfer or buyout.
