Who is covered

Built and managed by us.

Both guarantees apply to existing and new customers whose websites we build and manage. A subscription alone does not qualify unless it includes managed website services. A platform-only subscription does not qualify.

The 3-Day Promise

Your website updates done within three business days—or a month on us.

What is covered

Routine text, image, link and minor layout updates within your managed website scope. Initial builds, redesigns, new pages and custom functionality have separately agreed timelines.

How the three business days work

• The clock starts when we receive a complete request, the necessary content and access.
• Receipt day is day zero. The deadline is the end of the third following business day, in Brisbane time, excluding weekends and Queensland public holidays.
• The deadline pauses while we await customer information or approval.
• Completion means the changes are live, or ready for review where customer approval is required before publishing.

For example, a complete request received on Monday is due by the end of Thursday, assuming no Queensland public holidays or pauses.

General support response times are separate from website update completion. Priority support does not change these guarantee terms.

If we miss the deadline

• You automatically earn account credit equal to one full membership month. No claim is required.
• Credit is capped at one credit per billing month, even if more than one deadline is missed.
• Annual customers receive one-twelfth of their annual membership fee as credit. Monthly cap periods are measured from their annual billing anniversary.
• Credits apply to membership charges, excluding usage charges and third-party costs.
• Credits are additional to any introductory free month.

Annual illustration: if your agreed annual membership fee is $2,868, your credit is $2,868 ÷ 12 = $239. This illustrates the calculation; it is not an advertised annual plan price. Your credit uses your actual annual membership fee.

The Forever Fresh Guarantee

A free website rebuild every five years, keeping your business looking modern.

When you qualify

• You qualify after each five years of continuous paid website management, beginning at the original website launch.
• Existing customers’ historical launch dates count where paid website management has been continuous.

What the rebuild includes

• We provide a free rebuild or refresh to modernise your website’s appearance and technology.
• When you become eligible, we agree pages, features, inclusions and the delivery schedule with you before work begins.
• Optional paid extras require a separate quote and agreement.
• Rebuilds have separately agreed timelines and are excluded from the 3-Day Promise.

Keeping your eligibility

Membership must remain active through delivery. Cancellation ends eligibility. Restarting service begins a new five-year qualifying period.
